115 flange x 2.5″ swivel valve flange.  Fits Akron® and Elkhart® valves.   Casting is offset 4 degrees and can be rotated to 4 degrees up or 4 degrees down.

Swivel valve flange allows 2.5″ valve to be easily oriented in any position.

Requires use of (4) 500119 standoffs.
